Evan Longoria hit 2 doubles and had 3 RBI and Jair Jurrjens went 6 strong
innings at Covert Ops Field where the Dublin Pubcrawlers beat the Langley
Farm Team by the score of 5 to 4.
Langley fell behind quickly as the Dublin offense came through in the first
inning as they scored 2 runs on 1 base hits. The big moment was provided by
Longoria who silenced the crowd when he doubled which was good for two runs.
The Langley bats were silent in the bottom of the 9th.
Jurrjens(3-4) was the winner allowing no runs in 6 innings. Jurrjens got help
from B.J. Ryan who was credited with his 6th save. The losing pitcher was
